Farmington is honored to host its fourth XTERRA America Tour event. We invite you to join us June 4, 2011
for the only XTERRA triathlon in New Mexico! Defined by the beautiful high-desert landscape,
southwestern hospitality and the multitude of outdoor recreation opportunities, Farmington is quickly
becoming a favorite and well known sporting playground.
We are introducing an entirely NEW COURSE this year! XTERRA Four Corners Race Directors and avid
users of Farmington Mountain Biking trails have created an outstanding course for participants this year.
The 2011 XTERRA Four Corners course features:
- Traditional Swim/Bike/Run format
- 1 mile Swim, two laps, west side of Farmington Lake.
Farmington Lake water temperature as of June 1, 2011 is 63 degrees.
- New 15.6 mile Bike Course
- Scenic 4.85 mile Run Course
- Course is 100% Off Road
- One transition area
- Start, Transition and Finish all at Farmington Lake

We recommend that you register early. In 2010 we reached our maximum number of participants early
in May. DO NOT DELAY REGISTERING, an early sell out is anticipated. Register before May 6, 2011 to take
advantage of early registration discounts!

Team registration closed March 30, 2011. The maximum number of teams has been reached. Please contact Race Administration, 800-448-1240, to have a team added to the waiting list.
Important: Late packet pick-up, body marking, start, transition, finish and post race activities will ALL
take place at Farmington Lake. The Lions Wilderness Park Amphitheater is not accessed on the 2011
course. Bring your bike with you to Farmington Lake. All team members will meet at Farmington Lake as
there is only 1 transition area. |
