Run & Bike Course Practice

There will be a combination group run/group ride for interested parties on Saturday, May 15th. We will meet at Lions Park Amphitheater at 8:00am, at which time we’ll carpool to the lake, and start and finish the run in time to attend the group ride at 10:00am, in essence, a practice duathlon. Come join us for the run, ride, or both. Swimming in Farmington Lake is prohibited prior to race day.
Bike Course Practice

A group ride on the bike course will depart from Lions Wilderness Park Amphitheater at 6:30pm, led by the Race Director, for interested participants.
Packet Pickup
Gateway Park Museum and Visitors Center
3041 E. Main Street

12 noon - 6pm
Participants must pickup their own race packets. The required waiver/release forms must be signed. Do not forget to bring your Driver’s License or PHOTO ID. USAT ID’s will also be needed if applicable. The race number from your packet must be attached to the front of your bike. Only participants will be allowed into the transitions areas. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The course coordinators will review the course, rules, regulations and race day details and answer questions. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
Shuttle Service
Lions Wilderness Park Amphitheatre

5:45am-7am
Presbyterian Medical Services will provide shuttle service, in the morning, from the amphitheater to the lake, enabling participants to park their personal vehicles in the amphitheater parking lot. The shuttles will run on a rotating basis from 5:45am to 7:00am. Simply set up your bike in transition, grab your swim and run gear, and hop on a shuttle to the lake. The shuttle will not be available in the afternoon.
