Friday, June 1st

Participants must pickup their own race packets. The required waiver/release forms must be signed. Do not forget to bring your Driver’s License or a PHOTO ID. Your USAT Membership Card will also be needed if applicable.

The Race Directors and course coordinators will review the course, rules, regulations and race day details as well as answer questions. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly recommended.

 

Saturday, June 2nd
Note: The start, transition (only 1 transition area), finish and awards ceremony will ALL take place at Farmington Lake. This course is very spectator friendly, tell your friends and family to bring a chair and umbrella and come watch the race!

Time Chip Distribution/Body Marking/Mandatory Course Briefing

Individual athletes and relay swimmers must pick up their time chips from Chase 3 Timing at Farmington Lake. ALL athletes must be body marked by volunteers at the Lake.

Race Director will hold a MANDATORY Course Briefing at Farmington Lake. All participants competing must be in attendance.

Award Ceremony

11:00 or 11:30am
Award ceremony will begin once times and results are released, around 11:00 or 11:30am. Trophies that are not picked up during the award ceremony will be available in the Farmington CVB office for one week following the race. After that time any remaining trophies will be recycled.

Course Cut-Off Times

To ensure adequate safety coverage throughout the course the following cut-off times will be observed. Participants will have 50 minutes to complete the swim course. At approximately 8:00 a.m. Co-Race Director will determine if participants in lake can complete the course safely, before safety coverage is compromised. Athletes will have 2 hours and 50 minutes from race start, to finish the Bike Course and reach Bike/Run transition. Co-Race Director and Course Coordinators will determine if athletes reaching transition after 9:50 a.m. will be able to safely finish the course. Overall course cut-off time is 11:05 a.m., allotting 4 hours to complete the course.
